How many convenience ATM brands are well-known by consumers? Our research showed the answer was none.

Until firstpoint that is. We developed firstpoint to provide consumers with a convenience ATM brand they can know and trust - a brand they recognise and feel comfortable using.

We did this by researching and focus group testing what works best for ATMs in convenience and retail locations in terms of name, colours, design and signage.

Thanks to our large ATM network and ongoing marketing and promotional activity, firstpoint ATMs will quickly become known by cardholders nationwide. And as we add more services, such as prepaid mobile phone and gift card top up, firstpoint ATMs will be a destination sought out by consumers.
