Josie Pane
Chief Financial Officer
Josie is a Certified Practising Accountant with more than 16 years' experience in senior finance roles. Her career provides extensive accounting and audit experience, including an IPO, acquisition integration, risk management, and a focus on implementation of new policies and systems and maintaining high standards of corporate governance. Previously Josie was CFO at Dennis Family Corporation Pty Limited and prior to that, CFO and Company Secretary at PearlStreet Limited. She is a member of CPA Australia and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Clint Walker
Chief Information Officer
Clint has almost 15 years' experience in the payments and financial services industry. His career includes a range of operational and strategic roles at National Australia Bank in Australia, the US and the UK as well as financial services consulting at Deloitte. Clint holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
Stephen Allanson
General Manager Operations
Stephen holds a degree in Technology from his native country, South Africa. He has over 20 years' experience in senior administrative, operational and technical roles and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Racing Victoria Limited, where he implemented significant business development and structural change. Stephen has extensive experience in executing strategy and deliverables in accordance with company planning.
Adam Olding
General Manager Legal and Strategy
Adam joined Customers in 2009, bringing strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and commercial strategy across a range of industries. He was previously Director of Corporate Affairs and General Counsel for Southern Cross Broadcasting, and a senior associate in the corporate advisory group at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
Andrew Wingrove
General Manager Corporate Business
Andrew has 15 years' experience in the payments and financial services industry, covering business development, operations and project management. Most recently in roles with Keycorp and Diebold he has been responsible for sales strategy for ATM and EFTPOS channels with major financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand. Andrew holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and a Bachelor of Business.
Rohan Martin
General Manager of Corporate Affairs and Marketing
Rohan has senior corporate affairs and communications experience with iSelect and Australia's largest gaming company, Tabcorp. His responsibilities at Customers include investor and government relations, media management and external communications. Rohan has post graduate qualifications in Business Management and Marketing and is chair of the ATMIA Government Relations Committee.
David Vandergriff
National Manager Customer Relations
David has extensive experience in the ATM industry. He has held management roles in the industry for more than 10 years, specifically in the areas of general sales, corporate account management and customer relations roles which he was employed by ATM Solutions Australasia Pty Ltd to develop.
Tyson Lester
National Sales Manager
Tyson joined the operations team of ATM Solutions Australasia in 2006. He managed a team of helpdesk professionals and when Customers ATM acquired ATM Solutions, he oversaw the merging of the two ATM fleets. He then moved into the role of National Sales Administration Manager before moving into his current role in 2009.
Sally Brady
Human Resources Manager
Sally's broad experience in human resource management covers small, medium and large businesses in a variety of industries. She has more than 10 years' experience as a human resources consultant, assisting businesses with a range of issues to help them achieve success through their people. She also specialises in policy development and implementation, staff relationship management, recruitment and organisational design.
