Peter Polson

Chairman

Mr Polson has broad and extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. As an executive he worked as Managing Director of international funds management at Colonial Group and as manager of the investment and insurance services group with Commonwealth Banking Group. In 2003, Mr Polson commenced his career as a non-executive director and currently holds the following positions: Chairman of Challenger Financial Services Group Limited, Challenger Life Limited and IDP Education Pty Ltd; and director of Avant Insurance Limited, Bennelong Group Holdings Pty Limited,
Bennelong Foundation and Escor Pty Limited.

Tim Wildash

Managing Director

Mr Wildash has more than 30 years' experience owning and operating businesses, including ATM Solutions Australasia Pty Limited, which he founded in 2001. He developed this into a nationally competitive ATM provider, which was acquired by Bank of Queensland in 2003. Its continued success then attracted the attention of Macquarie Bank in 2005. Mr Wildash remained as chief executive throughout both acquisitions and brought a wealth of ATM sector experience to Customers. He is an executive board member of ATM Industry Association (ATMIA).

Charles Carbonaro

Non-Executive Director

With more than 30 years' experience in banking and finance, Mr Carbonaro is an expert in electronic banking and payment systems. He has extensive board experience, including for Visa International, Mondex International, Bankcard, Funds Transfer Services, Australian Retail Group Pty Limited and Plus Points Pty Limited.

He is recognised in the industry for turning ANZ Global Cards into a highly profitable, innovative player during his time as managing director. He is currently principal of his own
consulting firm, CVC Global Consulting Pty Limited. Mr Carbonaro
is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia,
a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a
Certified Practising Accountant.

Ross Herron

Non-Executive Director

Mr Herron was appointed a non-executive director of Customers Limited on 4 October 2010. A highly experienced senior executive and director, Mr Herron’s specialist areas include audit, corporate advisory and mergers and acquisitions. He was a Managing Partner and Deputy Chairman of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and currently holds directorships with a range of publicly listed corporations, including GUD Holdings Ltd, Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) Ltd, Heemskirk Consolidated Ltd and Select Harvests Ltd. Mr Herron is a Fellow of the Australian
Institute of Company Directors and of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants.

Ross Burney

Non-Executive Director

Mr Burney is an experienced executive and director, specialising in investment management and corporate finance. He initially trained as an accountant with BDO in Sydney before joining Brierley Investments Limited in 1994 and Guinness Peat Group as an investment manager from 2000 to 2009. Mr Burney is currently Chief Investment Officer at Taverners Group, which is a major shareholder of Customers Limited. He is also a director of Oncard International Limited and Qube Logistics Limited.
